Hudson, NC – Mexican driver Diego MendezTorres (#24 Chevy – Carroll Speedshop) took an important step in his racing career by making his debut in the Late Model Stock category during the prestigious Pepsi Firecracker 400 at Tri-County Speedway, one of the most competitive ovals in North Carolina.
In his first experience in this high-level category, MendezTorres showed adaptation and pace, completing the race distance and crossing the finish line in 13th place.
This debut in the Pepsi Firecracker 400 marks the beginning of a new era for Mendez Torres, who will continue his development in American motorsports, proudly representing Mexico on every track.
